📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement long-term strategic plans that align with UOB's global objectives and address the unique needs of the Indonesian market.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing market competitiveness and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of strategic initiatives, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
• Foster a strategic culture within the organization, promoting innovation and continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including regulators, industry partners, and customers.
• Stay abreast of industry developments and emerging technologies to inform strategic decision-making.
• Represent UOB at industry conferences, forums, and events to enhance the bank's visibility and thought leadership.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic planning and management, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of the Indonesian financial services industry and market dynamics.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and present clear, actionable recommendations.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with strategic planning software such as IBM SPSS Modeler, SAS Enterprise Miner, or similar tools.
• Certification in strategic management or a related field is a plus.
