📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee legal and regulatory compliance, ensuring the company adheres to all applicable laws and regulations.
• Manage contract lifecycle, including negotiation, drafting, and review.
• Develop and implement corporate governance policies and procedures.
• Lead risk management initiatives, identifying and mitigating legal risks.
• Provide legal advice and counsel to the executive team on complex legal issues.
• Ensure compliance with industry-specific regulations and standards.
• Monitor and report on legal and regulatory developments that may impact the company.
• Oversee corporate secretarial duties, including maintaining corporate records and ensuring proper disclosure of information.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in legal and corporate affairs, with a focus on regulatory compliance and corporate governance.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian corporate law and regulations.
• Proven experience in managing legal and regulatory compliance for a holding company.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using legal management software such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, or similar.
• Certification in corporate governance or regulatory compliance is a plus.
