📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and grow client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve targets.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.,Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our products and services.,Provide regular reports and updates to management on sales performance and client feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or account management.,Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant sales tools.,Familiarity with the tourism and hospitality industry is a plus.,Ability to travel to client locations as needed.
