Managing the company's financial activities, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.,Ensuring accurate and timely financial records are maintained.,Preparing and analyzing financial statements and reports.,Providing financial advice to the management.,Overseeing the payroll process and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.,Monitoring and controlling the company's expenses and revenues.,Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Training and mentoring junior accounting staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting management.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance is a plus.
