📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the accounting department, including staff and processes,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements,Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions,Monitor and report on financial performance,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax laws,Provide financial advice and recommendations to management,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations,Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting management,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines,Knowledge of tax laws and regulations is a plus
