📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Process and verify vendor invoices accurately and timely
- Manage accounts payable activities, including payment processing, reconciliation, and reporting
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely payments and resolve any discrepancies
- Collaborate with the finance team to streamline payment processes and reduce errors
- Prepare and analyze financial reports to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in accounts payable
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role
- Proficient in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations
- Certification in accounts payable or a related field is a plus
