📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist the Area Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth business processes.
  • Coordinate with sales, marketing, and other departments to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support for their professional growth.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure targets are met.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and provide feedback to enhance performance.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of business strategies and plans.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Proficiency in using office software and tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of local market and industry trends.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
