As an Associate Manager, Internal Audit, you will be responsible for leading and managing the internal audit function, ensuring that our financial and operational processes are compliant with relevant regulations and internal policies.

This is a remote position based in the UK, offering flexible working arrangements and the opportunity to work with a global team.

Lead and manage the internal audit function, including planning, execution, and reporting of audit activities.

Develop and implement internal audit plans and strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Conduct risk assessments and identify areas of potential risk and improvement within the organization.

Provide objective and independent advice to senior management on the effectiveness of internal controls and processes.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, audit committee, and other departments.

Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Professional certification in accounting or auditing (e.g., CPA, CIA, CMA, or ACCA).

Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal audit, with the last 3 years in a management role.

Strong knowledge of financial reporting, internal controls, and risk management.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Experience in a regulated industry, such as finance or cryptocurrency, is a plus.

Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
