As a Barista at Seniman Coffee Studio, you will be at the heart of our operations, creating and serving the finest coffee beverages. You will work closely with our team to ensure every cup is made with precision and care, using high-quality beans and state-of-the-art equipment. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of specialty coffee drinks using our high-quality beans and state-of-the-art espresso machines.
• Operate and maintain our coffee equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and milk frothers.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and ready for use.
• Assist in the daily operations of the coffee shop, including inventory management and customer service.
• Stay updated on the latest coffee trends and techniques, and incorporate new methods into our menu.
• Train and mentor new staff members on coffee preparation and customer service.
• Collaborate with the team to create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for our guests.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of our coffee offerings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or similar role in a coffee shop or café.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and milk frothers.
• Familiarity with specialty coffee beans and the ability to prepare a variety of coffee drinks.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other staff members.
• Basic knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.
• Enthusiasm for coffee and a passion for creating exceptional coffee experiences.
