📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Prepare and mix ingredients for bolu batter using traditional Indonesian recipes
- Bake bolu in ovens, ensuring consistent texture and flavor
- Decorate bolu with various toppings and designs
- Assist in packaging and preparing bolu for delivery or retail
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the production area
- Maintain and clean baking equipment and tools
- Follow food safety and handling procedures
- Assist in inventory management and restocking ingredients
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 1 year of experience in baking or a related field
- Familiarity with traditional Indonesian baking techniques and recipes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and trends
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg
