📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Manage inventory and logistics, including ordering materials, tracking shipments, and maintaining records.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards on the construction site.
Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address any issues or concerns.
Prepare and maintain detailed reports on project progress, logistics, and any challenges encountered.
Collaborate with the project manager to ensure all project goals are met.
Train and mentor junior staff on construction and logistics best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction site supervision and logistics coordination.
Proven experience in managing construction projects in Bali or a similar tropical environment.
Certification in Construction Site Supervision or a related field is a plus.
Strong knowledge of construction materials, equipment, and safety standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
Proficiency in using construction management software such as Procore, PlanGrid, or similar tools.
Familiarity with logistics management software such as SAP or similar tools.
