📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the entire contract lifecycle, including negotiation, execution, and performance monitoring.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure contract alignment with business objectives.
• Monitor contract performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct regular contract reviews and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Prepare and present reports on contract performance and financial metrics to senior management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive EBITDA optimization and cost savings.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in contract management.
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members on contract management processes and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Contract Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract management, with a focus on the aerospace industry.
• Strong understanding of aerospace industry standards and regulations.
• Proficient in contract negotiation and risk management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
• Familiarity with contract management software, such as SAP Contract Lifecycle Management or Oracle Contract Management.
