Deputy Fleet Coordinator

PT Mahkota Cempaka is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Samarinda, Kalimantan Timur. This role offers a competitive salary of Rp 3.000.000 – Rp 5.000.000 per month.

As a Deputy Fleet Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring efficient and safe operations. You will work closely with the Fleet Coordinator to oversee vehicle maintenance, driver management, and fuel management.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Monitoring and maintaining the company's fleet of vehicles
• Overseeing vehicle maintenance schedules and ensuring timely repairs
• Managing driver assignments and schedules
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Monitoring fuel consumption and managing fuel purchases
• Assisting in the preparation of monthly fleet reports
• Coordinating with vendors and service providers for vehicle maintenance
• Assisting in the training and development of new drivers

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid driver's license (preferred)
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus
