📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract top talent.,Conduct initial interviews and screen candidates to ensure they meet our requirements.,Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to manage the recruitment process from start to finish.,Maintain a strong understanding of the job market and industry trends to identify potential candidates.,Assist in the development and maintenance of the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).,Provide support to the Talent Acquisition team in the development of job descriptions and person specifications.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
