📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and retailers in Weleri and surrounding areas.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.
• Promote and sell our products effectively, achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Manage inventory and ensure product availability through regular stock checks.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
• Utilize Salesforce and HubSpot to track sales performance, manage customer interactions, and streamline workflow.
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events to showcase our products.
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in field sales or a related role.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive environment.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Valid driver's license for motorcycle.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and HubSpot is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
