📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.,Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Monitor and control the company's budget, ensuring that expenses are within budget and that revenue targets are met.,Support the financial planning and analysis processes, including forecasting and variance analysis.,Assist in the preparation of financial statements for external auditors and regulatory bodies.,Provide financial advice and support to other departments as needed.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.,Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and laws.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
