- Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.

- Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth depot operations.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and other HR-related documents.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) is a plus.
