Up Diamond Pratama is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Dili. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and a proven track record of successfully managing HR functions in a dynamic and multicultural environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees to support their professional development.,Manage employee benefits and ensure compliance with company and government regulations.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure HR functions are aligned with business objectives.,Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations, and ensure the company's HR practices are in compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a multicultural or international environment.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.
