Port Max Nusantara is seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to join our team in Cirebon. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our branch, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. This is a hybrid role, combining in-office and remote work, offering flexibility and a dynamic work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.,Manage and motivate the branch staff to achieve sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor branch performance against sales targets and KPIs, providing regular reports to senior management.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.,Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions to enhance employee performance and knowledge.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in a retail or service industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Knowledge of sales and marketing principles.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with hybrid work models and remote collaboration tools.
