📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning and execution of banquet and catering services.,Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of food and equipment.,Manage a team of banquet staff, providing guidance and support.,Ensure high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to banquet services.,Monitor budget and expenses for banquet events.,Organize and participate in training sessions for banquet staff.,Maintain and update banquet menus and service standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in banquet and catering services.,Proven leadership and management skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Familiarity with catering equipment and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
