The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the fleet operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our vehicle fleet. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the company's fleet, including maintenance, fueling, and vehicle inspections.,Ensure that all vehicles are in safe and good working condition, and that they meet all regulatory and safety requirements.,Manage and maintain the company's fleet management system, including tracking vehicle locations, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure that all fleet-related activities are completed on time and within budget.,Develop and implement strategies to improve fleet efficiency and reduce costs.,Monitor and analyze fleet performance data to identify areas for improvement and to make data-driven decisions.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to fleet operations.,Provide training and support to drivers and other staff members as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet coordination or a related role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
