📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and train a team of outlet staff to meet sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Collaborate with other departments to achieve overall business objectives.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the retail industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing retail operations and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail market and industry trends.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
