📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and customers.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new sales opportunities.,Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.,Train and mentor junior sales representatives to ensure they meet their targets.,Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure our sales efforts are aligned with our overall business goals.,Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand our reach and build our brand.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong communication and negotiation skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.,Familiarity with the Indonesian market and industry trends is a plus.
