📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire top-tier candidates.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.,Conduct job analyses and create job descriptions to ensure alignment with organizational needs.,Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to identify the most qualified candidates.,Coordinate and manage the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and assessments.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.,Provide regular reports and updates to the hiring team on recruitment progress and metrics.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related role.,Proven track record of successfully recruiting and onboarding top talent.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and technologies.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Proficiency in using HRIS and ATS systems.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
