📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of telemarketing agents, ensuring they meet their sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction.,Develop and implement effective telemarketing strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing feedback and coaching to team members.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, both existing and potential.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.,Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.,Track and report on team performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in telemarketing or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving customer engagement.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong leadership and management abilities.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
