Legal Supervisor - Compliance & Regulatory Affairs

In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing our legal and compliance functions, ensuring that all activities are conducted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. You'll work closely with our legal team to develop and implement policies and procedures, and you'll provide guidance and support to our employees to ensure they understand and comply with these policies.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the legal and compliance functions, ensuring that all activities are conducted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local and international laws.
• Provide guidance and support to employees to ensure they understand and comply with these policies.
• Monitor and report on compliance activities, and ensure that all reports are accurate and timely.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations, and ensure that our policies and procedures are revised as necessary.
• Work closely with our legal team to ensure that all legal matters are handled in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensure that all legal and compliance activities are conducted in a cost-effective manner.
• Provide training and education to employees on legal and compliance matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in legal or compliance roles, preferably in a financial or regulatory environment.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international laws and regulations, particularly in the financial sector.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with legal and compliance software, such as LexisNexis, Westlaw, or similar.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
