📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate all logistics operations including inventory management, warehouse operations, and transportation.,Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize supply chain processes.,Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.,Manage and oversee the work of logistics staff and contractors.,Develop and maintain relationships with transportation providers and carriers.,Handle logistics-related customer inquiries and complaints.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Valid driver's license is a plus.,Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
