We offer a competitive salary of IDR 4500000 - 6000000.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages with high quality and accuracy.,Maintain and operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment.,Assist in inventory management and ordering of coffee beans and supplies.,Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere.,Stay updated with the latest coffee trends and techniques.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions.,Ensure cleanliness and organization of the coffee station.,Handle cash and manage transactions accurately.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or similar role in the coffee industry.,Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg.,Friendly and professional demeanor.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
