📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from start to finish, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality products and services at competitive prices.,Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and negotiate favorable terms and conditions.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to ensure adequate stock levels.,Prepare and analyze purchase orders, invoices, and other related documents.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the procurement department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
