📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.,Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to stakeholders, including investors, auditors, and management.,Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.,Manage relationships with external parties such as banks, auditors, and tax authorities.,Provide financial advice and support to other departments to ensure financial sustainability and growth.,Oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.,Proficient in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with remote work and collaboration tools is a plus.
