📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service,Manage and train restaurant staff to maintain high standards of food quality and customer service,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely procurement to maintain food quality and cost efficiency,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally,Monitor restaurant performance and make data-driven decisions to improve operations,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experience

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management,Proven track record of managing a team and improving restaurant performance,Strong leadership and communication skills,Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices,Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Food Service Management, or related field,Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
