Duta Krisna Mart is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Head Chef to join our team. As a Senior Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the culinary operations of our restaurant, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation. This is a full-time position located in Bandung, Jawa Barat, with a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including staff scheduling and training.,Ensure food quality and safety standards are met and maintained.,Develop and implement new menu items and recipes.,Manage inventory and ordering for kitchen supplies.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Lead and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Participate in cost control and menu pricing strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of managing kitchen staff and operations.,Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation methods.,Experience with menu development and cost control.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with POS systems and kitchen management software.
