Direct Central Dinamis is seeking a skilled and experienced Site Engineer to join our team in Palopo, Sulawesi Selatan. This is an immediate opening, and we are looking for a professional who can hit the ground running.

As a Site Engineer, you will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects. You will work closely with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute construction projects from start to finish.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Oversee the work of subcontractors and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports and other project documentation.
  • Conduct site inspections and identify potential issues or hazards.
  • Maintain strong communication with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure all work is completed in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project team members.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and equipment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Familiarity with relevant software and tools, such as AutoCAD or MS Project.
