📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Manage and maintain store inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely restocking.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service, handling customer inquiries and complaints.
• Monitor and record daily sales and financial transactions.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on store performance, sales, and inventory.
• Assist in organizing and managing store events and promotions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail or store administration.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and sales processes.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in using computer software for inventory and sales management.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fluent in Indonesian and English, both spoken and written.
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
