📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and sales targets.,Ensure the store is well-stocked and organized to provide a pleasant shopping experience for customers.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their performance and contribute to the store's success.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve sales and profitability.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the store and attract new customers.,Maintain a clean and safe store environment that meets health and safety standards.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve store operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar store format.,Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage and motivate staff.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving store performance.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in Indonesian and English is a plus.
