📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs aligned with company objectives and employee development needs.,Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback to enhance future training initiatives.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop customized training solutions.,Maintain training records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Assist in the recruitment and selection process by evaluating candidates' training needs and potential.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development or a related role.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Familiarity with HRIS and other relevant training management tools.,Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
