📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Develop and maintain accurate demand and supply forecasts for the APAC region using SAP and other advanced analytics tools.
- Analyze market trends and customer demand to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align supply chain planning with business objectives.
- Work closely with production and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution of supply chain operations.
- Monitor inventory levels and procurement activities to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize costs.
- Prepare and present regular reports to senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement in supply chain processes.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to support Renesas' strategic goals.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business planning or supply chain management, with a focus on demand and supply forecasting.
- Proven expertise in using SAP and other advanced analytics tools for supply chain planning.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Professional certification in supply chain management or business planning is a plus.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
