In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and qualifying high-potential candidates for various roles within the company. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and qualifying leads for various roles within the company. You will use a variety of tools and techniques to identify and engage with potential candidates, and you will work closely with the executive search Founder to ensure that the company's hiring needs are met. You will also be responsible for managing the company's candidate database and ensuring that all candidate information is accurate and up-to-date.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Sourcing and qualifying high-potential candidates for various roles within the company
• Building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified leads to drive the company's growth and success
• Using a variety of tools and techniques to identify and engage with potential candidates, including LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job boards
• Working closely with the executive search Founder to ensure that the company's hiring needs are met
• Managing the company's candidate database and ensuring that all candidate information is accurate and up-to-date
• Conducting initial screenings and interviews to assess the suitability of potential candidates
• Providing regular reports and updates on the company's candidate pipeline and hiring progress
• Collaborating with the company's HR team to ensure that all hiring processes are compliant with relevant laws and regulations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related field
• Strong understanding of the recruitment process and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Bullhorn
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
