📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage the finance team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality financial services and support to the business.
• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's business objectives and growth plans.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Indonesian GAAP and international standards.
• Manage financial reporting and analysis, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, auditors, and other financial stakeholders.
• Monitor and manage financial risks, ensuring the financial health and stability of the business.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems, leveraging technology and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior finance role, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.
• Proven track record of successfully managing finance teams and driving financial performance.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
• Proficient in using financial software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
